This is a camera trained on our display tank and broadcast to the web, 24/7. We have only just worked out how to do this and we are still experimenting with framerates, resolution etc and we are working to achieve the best results for the minimum bandwidth.
UPDATE 2 March 2010 - if you are viewing at night, you are now seeing the newest in moonlights from our friends at Aqualina. There are now 2 strips of LEDs that use a stupidly small amount of power and provide a heap more light than the old moonlights. Aqualina are always innovating and we will bring you the best of their cutting edge developments.

The cam is wireless and could theoretically be moved around to highlight certain fish or events as required. Watch this space to see what purposes we can put it to
We may be able to show new fish to interstate customers on release nights, show them eating, televise banggai births etc - these are early days and we will see what we can come up with.
